With over two decades of executive experience spanning retail, coffee, and technology, I specialize in organizational effectiveness—deliberately aligning culture, strategy, operations, and change management to drive team development.
My journey began in a family-owned business, where I discovered a foundational truth: taking care of people is the ultimate driver of corporate success. This philosophy guided my career through progressive leadership roles at Starbucks and later led me to the cutting edge of tech and retail, where I helped launch the groundbreaking Amazon Go concept.
