My name is RaNae Vodder and I help people, businesses and organizations turn aspirations into reality.

I am an independent consultant with more than 25 years’ experience leading and coaching teams, building strategic plans and developing programs to scale-up businesses and organizations. I help business owners, leaders, and organizations make and carry-out people-centered strategic plans that deliver on short- and long-term goals. I believe the secret to success (however you define it) has to do with good relationships with the customer, with colleagues, and with community partners.

How it Works

Tell me your vision and aspirations for your business or organization. I will ask you questions about values you hold dear, lessons learned along the way, and successes that you are especially proud of.

I then provide you a road map forward. A broad strategy will also include operational tactics, from building and launching new programs, to training workers, how to improve communications, how to build better relationships, how to tackle inventory management, or do more with what you already have, for example. Every aspect of the plan will be in service of building and sustaining excellence for your business or organization.
